PNS Poster Presentations & Required Standby Times

PNS abstract acceptance notifications were sent on 3 March. If you did not receive a notification, please contact meetings@pnsociety.com.

Notifications of abstract presentation status (platform presentation, oral poster presentation, or poster only) will be sent on Monday, 8 May 2023. Please refrain from preparing a scientific poster until this date. Those selected for PNS Platform Presentations (including Clinical Highlights and Basic Science Highlights presentations) will not be asked to prepare a scientific poster in 2023. Presentation guidelines will be provided in May, along with poster specifications.

New in 2023, select posters will be displayed for the full duration of the meeting (Sunday-Tuesday) and presented during the Poster Reception on Monday evening.  We encourage all attendees to make plans to attend this reception on Monday, 19 June (18.15-20.15 in Hall D of the Bella Center).
