Although we were looking forward to seeing everyone in Miami, it is simply not possible to move forward with the in-person meeting given the pandemic and ongoing travel restrictions. In recognition of all the hard work that has already gone into this program – especially at the local level – the PNS will hold the 2022 Annual Meeting in Miami over the dates of 25-28 June. As such, the PNS Board agreed to share as much of this research as possible in 2020. Therefore, the PNS will continue to host several key aspects of the 2020 Annual Meeting in a virtual format. The 2020 PNS Virtual Event will include access to both live and pre-recorded sessions, including industry symposiums, special interest group programming, clinical trials, platform presentations from top ranked abstracts, and an innovative and interactive virtual poster forum, available on-demand after the congress.

Additionally, Dr. James Sejvar a neurologist and epidemiologist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will keynote the inaugural virtual event, with a talk focused on the neurological manifestations of COVID-19.
