RULES:

  • The first author must be the presenter.  If there is any attempt at a last minute switch, esp. for a more senior person, the abstract will be deleted and we will proceed immediately to the next presenter.
  • You should be able to summarize all of the data in 6 slides or less.  If more than 6 slides are submitted, any extra slides will be automatically deleted from the presentation.
  • Each presenter will have 5-minutes to present their project.  Practice so you are certain that you will remain within these strict time limits. We want this to be a lively and interactive session, so there will be 3-minutes allotted for questions and answers at the completion of the 5-minute presentation. Going over the 5-minute cutoff into the Q&A is strongly discouraged, and the presenter will be cutoff at 8-minutes regardless of where they are in their talk for the next presentation.
