WORLD BANK DISCOUNT: PNS extends a discounted rate to those attending the meeting from low and middle-income economies (GNI per capita of $12,535 or less). Information on the per capita rankings is available on the World Bank Website. If you qualify for the discount, please email for your discount code which you may apply to the meeting rate when registering online. The discounted registration rates are as follows.

Financial Need:  PNS members who do not currently have the financial resources available, are not from a World Bank country, and want to attend the meeting, please contact Registration discount inquires will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

JUNIOR MEMBERS PRESENTING ABSTRACTS: If you are a Junior Member and have submitted an abstract please do not register for the Annual Meeting. You will be notified if your abstract has been accepted and will receive a coupon code for registration by May of 2021.

What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes full access to the 2021 PNS Annual Meeting - Virtually Anywhere event platform. This includes live and recorded (on demand) educational content, virtual poster and exhibit hall access, direct messaging, and video chat. Please

Will an abstract book be provided?
The abstract supplement will only be available in an electronic format on the event platform. Abstracts will be published in the Journal of the Peripheral Nervous System (JPNS) after the meeting. 

Attendee Cancellation Policy
No refunds are permitted, unless there are special circumstances preventing attendance. Meeting registration is non-transferable and no shows will not be refunded.  Please contact with questions.

Conference Modification or Cancellation
PNS reserves the right to modify the program as necessary. PNS also reserves the right to cancel this meeting, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.

Data Privacy/GDPR
We host events throughout the year, including our annual conference, webinars, and trainings (collectively “events”). If you are a member and register for one of our events, we will access the information in your member account to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are not a member and you register for one of our events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, employer and contact information, and photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as a presenter. As an attendee, speaker, or sponsor/exhibitor, we will keep a record of your participation to provide you with post-event information including details on upcoming events you may be interested in. Your contact information may be shared via an event mobile app or attendee list as part of your participation in the event.

PCI Compliance
Please do not email forms with credit card information. To protect your data and to comply with PCI standards, the PNS office will not accept emailed credit card information.
