PATIENT ADVOCACY GROUPS: The Peripheral Nerve Society (PNS) is highly committed to organizations that support our patients. As part of that commitment, the Board of Directors invites Health Groups/Patient Advocacy Groups from around the globe to exhibit at our Annual Meeting. In addition to waiving the registration fee for one attendee, this invitation includes a complimentary exhibit table at the meeting and logo recognition in the printed program. JUNIOR MEMBERS PRESENTING ABSTRACTS: If you are a Junior Member and have submitted an abstract, please do not register for the Annual Meeting. You will be notified if your abstract has been accepted and will receive a coupon code for gratis registration by Tuesday, 29 March 2022.

A diversity of opinions exists in the medical field and the views of the Annual Meeting faculty do not represent those of the PNS or constitute endorsement by the PNS. Use of PNS Scientific Program Content
Information presented during the PNS Annual Meeting is the property of the PNS and the presenter. Information may not be recorded, photographed, copied, photocopied, transferred to electronic format, reproduced, or distributed without the written permission of the PNS and the presenter. Any use of the program content which includes, but is not limited to, oral presentations, audiovisual materials used by speakers and program handouts without the written consent of the PNS is prohibited.
Event Modification or Cancellation
PNS reserves the right to modify the event schedule or program as necessary. PNS also reserves the right to cancel this event.
PNS Event Code of Conduct
The PNS leadership and staff are committed to providing a vibrant learning environment at all of our events, welcoming people from as many diverse backgrounds as possible. We expect our events to be a respectful, harassment-free environment for people of all races, gender and trans statuses, sexual orientation, ability, nationality, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and beliefs. We’re grateful that our community is positive, friendly and supportive of one another — it’s what makes our meetings such a draw each year. In that spirit, the staff, supporters, volunteers, attendees and speakers at PNS events are expected to:

If you are a member and register for the event, we will access the information in your member account to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are not a member and you register for the event, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database and used to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are a presenter at the event, we will collect information about you including your name, employer and contact information, and photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as a presenter. As an attendee, speaker, or sponsor/exhibitor, we will keep a record of your participation to provide you with post-event information including details on upcoming events you may be interested in. If you do not opt out in the registration process, your contact information may be shared via an event attendee list as part of your participation at the meeting.
What does an in-person registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes access to all PNS General Sessions, Sponsored Symposia, Saturday Education Course, Poster Sessions, Concurrent SIG Sessions, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, and admittance to the Junior & Welcome and Closing Receptions. You will also receive on-demand access to PNS Plenary Lectures, Sponsored Symposia, and the Saturday Education Course. The recorded educational content will be available for on-demand viewing 5 business days after it has aired live. Additionally, you will receive access to the PNS E-Poster Hall Gallery on Friday, 6 May 2022.

Will a printed program and abstract book be provided?
A printed pocket program will be made available onsite. The full program and abstract supplement will only be available electronically for download via the mobile app and the conference website. Abstracts will be published in the August issue of the Journal of the Peripheral Nervous System (JPNS).
